Now we’re all wondering if that’s the only reason she started her strict diet? And the answer is no, it’s not the only reason. We all remember her short romantic history with Michael B. Jordan and how their relationship ended due to lack of communication and commitment.

Lori explained in a viral tiktok video how during her relationship she gained over 15 pounds and how difficult it was to fit into some of her clothes. She also shared with her fans her fitness journey to lose weight by spelling tea of her workout routine as well.

somehow this diet works for Lori, especially when you see all those abs she started getting after her breakup with Michael. Nevertheless, some fans disagree with her diet, with some adding her diet is dangerous and harmful to others, given her status as an influencer.

According to dietitian nutritionist Dawn Jackson Blatner of Women’s Health, following a Lori Harvey diet and workout routine is not healthy. Here are some statements:

“We all need different amounts of calories and that changes based on your age, your gender, your height, your weight, your genetics, your physical activity. It is very difficult on a 1,200 calorie diet to get all the vitamins and minerals a human adult woman would need”.
