Rules about alcohol in Doha

The Only places where you can buy alcohol are either 5* hotels, special bar and some nightclubs.

In Qatar, the legal drinking age is 21. In Doha, no one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol.
To enter bars and consume alcohol in Qatar, you must have either your passport or a Qatari residency permit with you.

One of the principal Doha Alcohol Rules is that being drunk or drinking alcohol in public is an offense. Alcohol cannot be brought into the country.

  • Music, Belgian beers and food

This Doha establishment ranks among the greatest restaurants and bars in the city.

While the Belgian food is wonderful, the location and beers on tap are much better.
