Dwayne Johnson Gives An ‘Update’ About The Future Of Black Adam After Henry Cavill’s Superman Exit

Following Henry Cavill's stunning announcement that he won't return as Superman, Dwayne Johnson updated his fans on the future of 'Black Adam.'
After fan speculation that Black Adam would get a sequel, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson took to Twitter to share an update indicating that at least for now, there won’t be one.
Dwayne said in the statement, posted Tuesday, Dec. 20, that DC and Seven Bucks have no plans to make a sequel to Black Adam anytime soon. However, they do not deny the possibility that they will do it in future DC multiverse chapters.
This news echoes Henry Cavill's exit from Superman as Henry announced in a tweet earlier that he will not be returning to the role of Superman after all. After the studio told him to announce his return in October.
“James and Peter have a universe to build”
“I wish them and all involved with the new universe the best of luck, and the happiest of fortunes.” Henry said in a tweet.
