Tragic Cause of Death for 'Young and the Restless' Star Billy Miller
Billy Miller’s cause of death has been revealed as a self-inflicted gunshot wound, along with alcohol, ethanol, cocaine, diphenhydramine, and amphetamine found in his system.
Billy Miller died at the age of 43 on September 15 in Austin, Texas, after struggling with manic depression.
Billy Miller had a successful career in soap operas, winning three Daytime Emmys during his six-year stint on Young and the Restless and working on other shows like Suits, Ray Donovan, and General Hospital.
Outside of acting, Billy Miller was a restaurateur and owned several eateries around Los Angeles.
After his death, several of Billy’s costars took to social media to mourn the loss of the beloved soap star, including Chrishell Stause and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
Billy Miller is survived by his mother Patricia, sister Megan, brother-in-law Ronnie, nephew Grayson, and niece Charley, as well as many friends and colleagues who will miss him.
