Tina released a statement about the passing of her son on the same day the tragic news surfaced.
Along with a black and white image of herself with her eyes closed, she wrote on her Instagram, "Ronnie, you left the world far too early."
I close my eyes and mourn you, my dear son, Tina welcomed Ronnie with her ex-husband Ike Turner not long after the birth of their first son Craig, who committed suicide in 2018 at the age of 59.
Ronnie's death was later confirmed by his wife of 15 years, French singer Afida Turner. Tina had also adopted two of Ike's children from prior relationships: Ike Jr. and Michael.
